Description:

Small but showy flowers with reflexed orange petals surrounding golden-yellow central coronas open in loose clusters from spring until frost attracting butterflies, hummingbirds, and other nectar-imbibing creatures. This annual Milkweed is used as a host plant by both Monarch and Queen Butterflies. Best in sunny sites with consistently moist soil.
